In order to maintain the most balanced system for review ratings, we have implemented the below rules to submitting a user review.  These rules are "non-negotiable."  Breach of these rules or any attempt to circumvent the rules will result in the removal of said review and a warning for the first offense.  Further offenses could result in a temporary ban on membership, deletion of account, and potentially a permanent IP ban.

These rules are subject to change at any time.  When/If the rules are updated, a notification will be posted either on the front page or in the forums.

• Only one review per provider/adapter -  Please limit yourself to only one review per provider.  Multiple reviews from the same person, regardless of username changes, will result in all reviews posted after the initial review to be deleted.  If you make a mistake within the review please contact us and we will delete your original review or modify it per your instructions.
• Must be a current/prior customer - You may only review items/services that you are currently using or had previously used.
• Reviews must contain some useful information - The reviews must contain some amount of useful information.  Reviews that simply state "This company sucks!!!" or "This company is great!!!" will be removed from the system. Similarly, reviews that contain no information at all except for star ratings will also be removed.
• No offensive language -Reviews that contain excessive cussing, racist, or other inappropriate language will be removed immediately.  Based on the level of profanity of the review, the user account may also be terminated at the administrations discretion.  Reviews that directly attacks a specific person will also be removed, the key word being "attacks."
• No False Claims - Reviews that intentionally contain false claims in an attempt to further discredit a specific provider or product will be removed from the system.  As we are not the manufacturer or provider in question, we can only go off information provided by the company themselves and the user leaving the review.  We will do our best to understand the information provided and what the appropriate action should be.  This may result in the review simply being edited or resubmitted.  A note from the admin may also be included indicating that some information in the review could not be verified.
